Check the diagnostic codes below and follow the suggestions. If a certain symptom continues, contact a local Samsung service center.

Code		Action
	Check the water level sensor.
	• Power off and power the machine on after 2-3 minutes, and then try
1C		again.
	•	Depending on the model, the drain system drains water automatically.
		The POWER and START/PAUSE buttons may be disabled during this
		process.
	Check the temperature sensor on the dry air.
TC2	•	Power off and power the machine on after 2-3 minutes, and then try
		again.
DC	The door is open.
	•	Close the door and press START/PAUSE to resume operation.
	Check the door switch.
DC1	•	Power off and power the machine on after 2-3 minutes, and then try
		again.
	Check for water leaks.
	• Power the machine off and check the drain system for any leak. Once
LC		the leak is solved, power the machine on after 2-3 minutes.
	•	Depending on the model, the drain system drains water automatically.
		The POWER and START/PAUS buttons may be disabled during this
		process.
	Check the fan motor.
FC	•	Power off and power the machine on after 2-3 minutes, and then try
		again.

Check the water supply line.

•Check for the connection of the water line (including water taps).

•Power off and power the machine on after 2-3 minutes, and then try

4C again.

•Depending on the model, the drain system drains water automatically. The POWER and START/PAUS buttons may be disabled during this process.
