REPLACING THE FILTER

Replacement filters may be purchased from the retail store or ordered from the dealer where you purchased the unit. If you cannot find one, please call a contact center.

Deodorizing filter

The deodorizing filter efficiently absorbs cigarette smoke, pet odors and other unpleasant smells. Cleaning is simple, just remove the old filter and install a new one.

1. Remove the front panel.

Grab the grooved side of the front panel tightly and pull the bottom side of the panel upwards and slide it down to remove the front panel.

2.Slide the Deodorizing filter out to remove it from the slot.

The Deodorizing filter can be placed in any of the 4 slots beneath the air filter.

3.Install the new Deodorizing filter back into position.

4.Reattach the front panel.

Insert the hooks located on the middle of the panel into the correct guide then slide it up. Then push in the bottom and middle part of the panel.

The replacement of the Deodorizing filter differs depending on usage and environmental conditions.

Even if Deodorizing and DNA filters are installed in an inverted position, it will not affect its filtration system.

MAINTAINING YOUR AIR CONDITIONER

If the air conditioner will not be used for an extended period of time, dry the air conditioner to maintain its best condition.

1.Dry the air conditioner thoroughly by operating in Fan mode for 3 to 4 hours and disconnect the power plug. There may be internal damage if moisture is left in its components.

2.Before using the air conditioner again, dry the inner components of the air conditioner again by running in Fan mode for 3 to 4 hours. This helps remove odors which may have generated from dampness.
