Using the Exercise mate

Set an exercise goal and monitor your calories burned. On the S Health home screen, tap →Exercise mate.

Access the S Health menu screen.

How many calories you have burned

How much time you have exercised

View the logs of your daily exercise.

Move to a specific date of exercise records.

View exercise records on a graph.

Tap to record exercise that you have completed. Select an exercise type, record the duration, and then tap Done.

Tap and use the following functions:

•Set goal: Change your daily caloric burn goal.

•Share via: Send the current page to others.

•Reset: Reset the daily exercise data.

•Print: Print the current page by connecting the device to a printer. Some printers may not be compatible with the device.

•Help: Access help information about using S Health.
