For the best use of your air conditioner, you must clean it every two weeks regularly to remove the dust that accumulates on the air filter.
IMPORTANT | Before cleaning your air conditioner, ensure that you |
| have switched off the breaker used for the unit. |

1Slide the lower front grille down.
2Slide the upper front grille up slightly, then open the grille by pulling right and left sides of the grille.
3Disassemble the upper front grille by opening the grille completely.
4Lift out the bottom edge of the air filters and pull down to release them.
5Remove all dust on the air filters with a vacuum cleaner or brush.
6When you have finished, insert the top part of the filters into their slot and push down on the bottom edge until they click into place.
7Clean the front grille with a damp cloth and mild detergent (do NOT use benzene, solvents or other chemicals).
8Fix the left side of grille support, then insert the right side of grille support.
Note ◆ If you have not used the air conditioner for a long period of time, set the fan going for three to four hours to dry the inside of the air conditioner thoroughly.
◆To close the upper front grille completely after cleaning filters, turn on and turn off the air conditioner.
