METHOD 3 : Scart
If your television is equipped with a SCART input, connect a Scart cable (not supplied) from the EXT (AV) jack on the back of the product to the SCART IN jack on your television.
1.With the product turned off, press and hold the Number 8 (COMPONENT SEL.) button on the remote control for over 5 seconds.
•<Y Pb Pr> or <RGB> will appear on the display.
2.Press the Number 8 (COMPONENT SEL.) button to select <RGB> to set SCART mode.
VIDEO SELECT Function
Press and hold the Number 0 (VIDEO SEL.) button on the remote control for over 5 seconds.
•<COMPOSITE> or <RGB> will appear on the display.
At this time, press the Number 0 (VIDEO SEL.) button to select between <COMPOSITE> and <RGB>.
•If Scart (RGB Input) is equipped for your TV, press the Number 0 (VIDEO SEL.) button to select RGB mode. You can get a better picture quality by using Scart setting.
•If Scart (RGB Input) is not equipped for your TV, press the Number 0 (VIDEO SEL.) button to select COMPOSITE mode.

METHOD 4 : Composite Video
Connect the supplied Video cable from the VIDEO OUT jack on the back of the product to the VIDEO IN jack on your TV.
✎NOTE
Resolutions available for the HDMI output are 480p(576p), 720p,1080i/1080p. See page 29 for the resolution setting.
This product operates in Interlace scan mode 480i(576i) for component/composite output.
After making the video connection, set the Video input source on your TV to match the corresponding Video output mode on your product.
Turn this product on first before you set the video input source on your TV. See your TV owner's manual for more information on how to select the TV's Video Input source.
!CAUTION
Do not connect the unit through a VCR. Video signals fed through VCRs may be affected by copyright protection systems and the picture will be distorted on the television.
