Ordering the correct dustbags and filters

When ordering dustbags for this vacuum cleaner ask for bags with the code F/J/M.

Purchasing new dustbags and filters

Replacement dustags and filters can be obtained from your local Miele retailer, the Miele Spare Parts Department (see back cover for contact details) or via the internet on www.miele-shop.com.

A "SUPER air clean exhaust" filter and a dust compartment filter are supplied with every packet of Miele dustbags.

If you wish to purchase exhaust filters or dust compartment filters separately, please quote the model number of your appliance when ordering to ensure you get the correct items. You can replace the exhaust filter supplied with the vacuum cleaner with one of the other Miele exhaust filters if you wish (see "Optional accessories").

N.B. If an ACTIVE air clean filter or an ACTIVE HEPA filter is used instead of the SUPER air clean filter, you will need to remove the filter frame from the cleaner.

Both models are designed to offer exceptional cleaning capabilities, while embodying Miele’s philosophy of quality and longevity.

The Miele S 388 is packed with cutting-edge technology and features that make it a standout in the world of vacuum cleaners. One of its main attributes is the powerful Miele-made 1200-watt Vortex motor, which allows for efficient dust and dirt removal across various surfaces. With its various cleaning heads, including the SBB Parquet Twister for delicate hard floors and the SEB 236 electric brush for carpets, it provides versatile cleaning options tailored to different areas of your home.

Incorporated into the S 388 is the unique AirClean filter system that captures 99.9% of all particles, making it an ideal choice for allergy sufferers. Moreover, the innovative dustbag design with the HyClean 3D Efficiency dustbag ensures that the vacuum maintains optimal suction power even as it fills up, enhancing efficiency and reducing the frequency of bag changes.

On the other hand, the Miele S 360 offers a slightly more compact and lightweight design while still delivering powerful suction performance. This model features the same Miele 1200-watt motor, ensuring strong cleaning capabilities. What sets the S 360 apart is its user-friendly operation, characterized by a foot-operated power switch and a comfort telescopic tube that adjusts easily to your preferred height.

Both models come with an array of accessories, including crevice nozzles, upholstery brushes, and dusting brushes, allowing users to tackle various cleaning tasks effortlessly. The S 360 and S 388 also boast a robust build quality, demonstrating Miele's belief in products that are built to last.

The practical design is complemented by quiet operation, allowing for more pleasant cleaning sessions without excessive noise disturbance. The ergonomic handles and smooth glide wheels further enhance user comfort and ease of movement throughout your cleaning routine.
