10.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Possible Causes
1. Erratic or improper operation when Video | a) | The Video Manager did not |

2. Incorrect video displayed on Video Manager monitor | a) | Incorrect video connections between Video |
output. |
| Manager and video device. Check cabling. |

|
3. No video display on Video Manager outputs | a) | With 1 or 2 keyboards in the system, outputs |
3A or 4A. |
| 3A and 4A generate a black video raster signal |
|
| when the system is not in an alarm condition. |
| b) | With 3 keyboards in the system, output 4A |
|
| generates a black video raster signal when the |
|
| system is not in an alarm condition. |
|

4. The video displayed on outputs 2A and 2B is following | a) | The Video Manager is recognizing only a single |
