An easy way to check your heart rate monitor.

green flash	heart rate monitor on with a
	wireless connection active

yellow flash	in calibrating mode or heart rate
	monitor on with no wireless
	connection active

solid green	turning off

quick red flash	in a low battery state

ReCalibrate

Your SF500 automatically recalibrates every two months. To manually recalibrate, turn off and press and hold the Heart Rate button until you hear voice prompt instructions.
