4.4Camera control communication (Bilinx)

The DINION capture is equipped with a coaxial communications transceiver (also referred to as Bilinx). In combination with VP- CFGSFT, the camera setting can be changed from any point along the coaxial cable. All menus can be accessed remotely giving full control of the camera. With this method of communication it is also possible to disable the local keys on the camera. To avoid loss of communication on an installed camera, the Communication On/Off selection is not available while using remote control. This function can only be accessed with the camera buttons. Bilinx communications can only be disabled using the buttons on the camera.

When the Bilinx communications link is active, the buttons on the camera are disabled.
