Chapter 6 - Problem solving

6.1 Audio/video problems

Power light does not light up and/or the SL400i cannot be switched on.

No connection to mains power.

Connect the AC mains cable to the SL400i and to a mains outlet that provides electrical power.

No display on the TV screen.

TV is switched off.

Switch on your TV.

Check your cable connections, see the ‘Overview..’ on

Wrong external audio/video channel

On your TV, select the external (AV) channel
