Adjusting the Fan Speed

A. Automatic
Simply set the FAN SPEED selector to the AUTO position.
A microcomputer in the air conditioner will automatically control the fan speed when the AUTO	mode is selected. When the air

co nditioner starts operating, the difference between the room temperature (RT) and the set temperature (T) is detected by the microcomputer which then automatically switches the fan speed to the most suitable level.

Cooling mode:

When difference between room temperature	Fan speed
and set temperature is
RT ¡Ý T+3¡æ	High
T+3¡æ £¾ RT ¡Ý T+1¡æ	Medium
RT£¼ T+1¡æ	Low
Mild drying mode:
When difference between room temperature	Fan speed
and set temperature is
RT ¡Ý T+5¡æ	High
T+5¡ æ £RT¾ ¡Ý T+3¡æ	Medium
T+2¡æ ¡Ü Rt¡ÜT+3¡æ	Low
Heating mode:
When difference between room temperature	Fan speed
and set temperature is
RT ¡Ý T-3¡æ	High
T-3¡ æ £RT¼ ¡Ü T-1¡æ	Medium
T-1¡ æ £Rt¼£¼T	Low

NOTE

The above table assumes that the sensor on the remote control is being used. If the sensor in the indoor unit is

being used (the indicator is on), actual operation may differ slightly from the operation decried in tables.

B. Manual

If you want to adjust the fan speed manually during operation, just set the FAN SPEED selector

as desired.[ (High), (Medium), or (Low)]
