CLEANING AND CARE__________________________________

Changing the dust bag

1Disconnect the power cord from the wall socket.

2Open the dust housing by pressing down on the catch M of the dust housing and then lift up the cover.

3Remove the dust bag from its holder.

4Seal the dust bag by inserting the catch of the cardboard reinforcement into the open- ing.

5Dispose of the sealed dust bag.

Caution

7Never attempt to empty the dust bag and then use it again.

Note

7The dust container cover cannot be closed before a new dust bag has been inserted. Never use force to close the cover.

6Insert the new dust bag into the holder.

7Close the cover of the dust housing.

Note

7Check the appliance works after changing the dust container. If the suction power is still inadequate, the attachment tools, tubes or filter could be blocked (see the following section).

Removing blockages

1Disconnect the power cord from the wall socket.

2Check the following parts:

–the flexible contact N of the elastic hose.

–the contact between the guiding grip P and the extendable suction tube.

–the contact between the extendable suction tube R and the floor brush or other attachments.
