tery’s way so the battery can slide free from the bracket. If the battery has leaked or vented, protective gloves should be worn before touching the case. Remove the case by

grasping the edges and slid- ing the battery out of the unit.

(e)To install a new

	battery, simply	d

instructions for battery removal. Ensure that the wires are connected to the correct terminal on the new battery: red (+) to red (+), and black (-) to black (-).
