Cómo reemplazar el filtro HEPA

El filtro HEPA durará normalmente cerca de 12 meses antes de que se necesite reemplazarlo, o aproximada- mente, cada cuarta vez que se reemplace el prefiltro de carbón.

Si el calibrador de verificación de filtros indica que el filtro requiere reemplazo, se recomienda que primero reemplace el prefiltro de carbón y luego utilice el calibrador de verificación de filtros para verificar el filtro nuevamente. Si el cilindro de color todavía no llega a flotar hacia arriba del calibrador, deberá también reemplazarse el filtro HEPA.

Apague y desenchufe el purificador de aire. Quite el filtro HEPA usado jalando por los lados y tirando hacia afuera, como se muestra. Deseche el filtro usado. No puede limpiarse.

Consiga un filtro HEPA de reemplazo. Inserte el filtro HEPA desenvuelto, den- tro del purificador, con el sujetador de gancho viendo hacia fuera.

NOTA: Si la instalación del filtro no es correcta, dará por resultado una filtración de aire deficiente.
