VI. TROUBLESHOOTING THE SMOKE/CO ALARM

DANGER

Always turn off power at main fuse box or circuit breaker before taking troubleshooting action.

WARNING

DO NOT disconnect battery or AC power to quiet an unwanted alarm. This will remove your pro- tection. Use Quick Quiet™ False Alarm Control™ by pushing the Smart Button.

PROBLEM

SOLUTION

 

 

Green light is not on.

1. Alarm may be functioning properly on DC (battery) power if RED and BLUE
