Blind hem stitch

Select the patterns 11 or 12.

NOTE:

Pattern 11 is for stretch fabrics.

Attach Blind Hem Foot G.

Fold the fabric to form a hem as shown.

Place the fabric so that the folded edge comes to the left side of the guide.

Lower the Presser Foot.

Adjust the needle drop position so that the needle just pierces the edge of the fold when the needle swings to the extreme left.

While sewing, guide the folded edge along the guide

 

on the foot.

Open the fabric with the right side up.
