Insulation Factors –
•Composite tank and high density polyethylene dent and scratch resistant jacket.
•Models are in two sizes with capacity of 85 or 105 gallons in 42 total variations.
•Input options are: 12.4, 18 or 24 kW.
•Voltage options are: 208, 240, or 480 VAC in either single phase or
•Element wattages are 3100,
4500 or 6000 in each of the four voltages. The elements are low watt density design (46, 67, 90 watts/sq. in.) with stainless (Inconel) sheath.
•The four Inconel elements are spaced on the front along a vertical line for easy access.
•The power control circuits use 2 surface mounted thermostats and operate in two stages so that a lower control thermostat is for the lower two elements and an upper
control is for the upper two elements. The lower element will provide recovery for all needs and the upper two will kick in addition- ally for larger demands.
•170° F maximum delivered temperature.
•System Sentinel LED indicators are provided for each element to show power on.
•A switch is provided in the control circuit for installation dry fire protection. See label.
•A temperature and pressure relief valve is installed on top of the unit.
•Water connections at the top of the tank are 1" swivel nuts. A nipple is installed on the outlet (1" x 3" long). The inlet has a vacuum valve connected with a 1 x 1 x 3/4 tee and a 1" close nipple to the swivel.
•3/4" full flow drain valve.
•Standards approved to UL 1453 and UL/NSF 005.
