Drinking 500 mL ~ 1 000 mL of ionized alkaline water is recommended. When drinking ionized water for the first time, dilute a small amount of ionized water with filtrated water. If you drink a large amount of ionized alkaline water from the beginning, you may experience

a ‘healing crisis’ depending on your physical constitution.
