4. | Roast | 2 - 4 lb | Start defrosting with fat side down. After each stage, turn roast over |

| and shield the warm portions with aluminum foil. Let stand, covered, |

| for 30 to 60 minutes. |
5. | Casserole | 2 - 6 cups | After audible signal, stir if possible. At end, stir well and let stand, |
|
|
| covered, for 5 to 10 minutes. |
6. | Soup | 1 - 6 cups | After audible signal, stir if possible. At end, stir well and let stand, |
