Problem

Water flows on the rear plate of the refrigerator.

Water flows inside the re- frigerator.

Water flows on the ground.

There is too much frost and ice.

The temperature in the appliance is too cold

Possible cause

The food temperature is too high.

The room temperature is too high.

During the automatic defrosting process, frost defrosts on the rear plate.

The water outlet is clogged.

Food prevent that water flows in- to the water collector.

The melting water outlet does not flow in the evaporative tray above the compressor.

Food are not wrapped properly.

The door is not closed correctly.

The door gasket is deformed or dirty.

Attach the melting water outlet to the evaporative tray.
