The freezer temperature is not sufficient, red light lights up, temperature signal sounds

Heavy build up of frost, possi- bly also on the door seal.

Unusual noises.

The appliance is near a heat source.

Disturbance on the appliance

Door seal is not air tight (pos- sibly after changing over the hinges).

Appliance is not level.

The appliance is touching the wall or other objects.

A component, e.g. a pipe, on the rear of the appliance is touching another part of the appliance or the wall.

Please look in the "Installation location" section.

Switch on the fast freeze switch, keep the freezer clo- sed, inform your customer service

Carefully warm the leaking sections of the door seal with a hair dryer (not hotter than approx. 50 °C). At the same time shape the warmed door seal by hand such that it sits correctly.

The feet are not adjustable.

Move the appliance slightly.

If necessary, carefully bend the component out of the way.

The compressor does not start immediately after changing the temperature setting.

This is normal, no error has occurred.

The compressor starts after a period of time.
