Operating Instructions

Drying Fruit, Vegetables

Use the FAN COOKING oven function for drying.

Ovenware for Making Yoghurt

Cover the shelf or baking sheet with grease-proof paper.

Shelf Position

You can dry fruit on up to 2 levels simultaneously.

Place the shelf or baking sheet in the 2nd and 5th shelf positions from the top.

General information

Suitable for drying are:

Fruits like apples, pears, plums.

Only use fully ripe fruit of good quality!

Mushrooms

01. Wash the fruit or vegetables, peel if required, chop and dry.

2.Spread the fruit or vegetables on the shelf or baking sheet.

3.Select the FAN COOKING oven function and change the suggested temperature to 50-70 °C.

4.Turn fruit during drying.

5.Remove the fruit when it can still be bent but no more juice is produ- ced when pressed.
