AUTO DEFROSTING CHART

FISH AND SEAFOOD

Fish Fillets		Place fillets on a microwave rack; cover paper towel. At	7 min.
Frozen in block		beeps, turn over block of fish. Separate fillets, if possible.
		Press START to continue defrosting.
		Let stand 10 minutes then finish with cold running water
		(about 5 minutes).

Individual	Fish	Place fish on a microwave rack; cover with paper towel. At	7 min.
Fillets or	Fish	beeps, turn fish over. Press START to continue defrosting.
Steaks		Let stand 5 minutes then finish with cold running water
Steaks		(about 5 minutes).

		towel. At beep, separate and rearrange.
		Press START to continue defrosting. Let stand 20 minutes.
BEEF

Beef Rolled Rump		Place roast (up to 3 pounds) on a glass cooking tray with	7 min.
Roast, boneless --		paper towel. At beeps, turn over and shield before

Tip Roast, boneless
Ground Beef		Place beef on a glass cooking tray with paper towel. At	8 min.
1/2 to 1 pound		beeps, remove any defrosted meat. Press START to continue
		defrosting. Let stand 10 minutes.

POULTRY

Whole Chicken		Place chicken, breast side down, on a glass cooking tray with	10 min.

Cornish Hen		Press START to continue defrosting. Let stand 20 minutes. If
		needed, finish defrosting under cold running water.
Whole Chicken,		Place chicken on a glass cooking tray with paper towel. At	7 min.
Cut up		beeps, turn over, separate and rearrange; shield bones. Press
