Maintenance 11

Interior Cleaning - as Required

1Disconnect power to the wine keeper.

2Remove racks if desired, see “WINE RACK

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION” below.

3Wipe down the interior with a solution of non- abrasive mild detergent and warm water.

4Rinse with clear water.

5Reconnect power to the unit.

Wine Rack Removal/Installation

1Open door fully.

2Extend wine rack fully.

3Ball bearing slide features plastic release latches on each side. Push release latches on each side, then pull wine rack out. (Press LH latch down and RH latch up)

4To reinstall, push ball bearing slides in fully. Slide rack into ball bearing slide ensuring each side engages properly.

Air filter

The air filter is located at the top of the cabinet just above the top shelf. It removes odors and impurities from the wine storage compartment and helps to control humidity.

Replacing the air filter

In general, you should change the air filter every six months (AF will show in the display to prompt you to replace the filter after six months) to ensure optimal filtering of odors. To replace your PureAdvantageTM air filter:

1Pull the air filter cartridge straight out.

2Remove the old filter and discard it.

3Unpack the new filter and place it inside the cartridge.

4Slide the cartridge back into the housing located in top of the liner.

5Press and hold the on/off and “-”keys on the electronic control panel for three seconds to reset the reminder for another six months.

Order new filters by calling toll-free, 877/808-4195, visiting www.electroluxappliances.com, or seeing the dealer where you bought your wine tower. Electrolux recommends that you order extra filters when you first install your wine keeper, and that you replace your filters at least once every six months.
