Blueberry Banana
Antioxidant Smoothie
A great smoothie to start the day.
Makes 2 cups
1cup frozen blueberries
1small (41⁄2 ounces) banana, sliced
3⁄4 cup soy milk or fat free milk
14 grams soy protein powder (or soy protein isolate)
1teaspoon flax seed oil
Place blueberries, banana, soy milk, protein powder, flax seed oil and
