Servicing the Overfill Assembly

Removing the Overfill Control Switch

The overfill control switch can be removed from the overfill assembly without removing the assem- bly from the tub.

1.Remove the toe and access panels from the bottom of the dishwasher.

2.Unsnap the cover over the overfill con- trol switch.

3.Lift the overfill control switch from the as- sembly.

4.Disconnect the wiring harness connectors from the switch terminals.

Removing the Overfill Assembly

1.Remove the toe and access panels from the bottom of the dishwasher.

2.Tip the float slightly and gently toward the back of the tub and lift up to disengage it from the overfill assembly body.

3.Remove the standpipe nut.

4.Push the overfill assembly through the bottom of the tub.

5.Open the cover and lift the overfill control switch from the assembly.

6.Disconnect the wiring harness connectors from the switch terminals.
