6安裝說明

6.1手動/排膠點膠循環設定:

1.按下電源按鈕 (1) 開啟裝置。

2.按下模式按鈕 (2) 直到顯示幕上出現 “PURGE” (排膠) 為止。

3.通過旋轉壓力調節旋鈕(5)直至所需要的點膠壓力顯示出來

4.在將針桶裝滿或使用預裝膠黏劑時,連接注射器與接收器頭組件。 確定注射器已鎖至定位。

5.將接收器頭組件的插頭端與其中一個空氣排放口 (7) 連接。

6如果需要真空抽吸,逆時針旋轉真空壓力旋鈕(7),直至所需要 的真空壓力顯示出來。

7.壓住腳踏開關以啟動點膠循環 (手動/排膠模式現在將會啟動)

6.2自動點膠循環設定

6.2.1程序選擇

1.按下設置按鈕(3)直到 “P:”開始閃爍

2.2 旋轉程序選擇按鈕(8)選擇所需要的程序

3.按下模式按鈕 (2)選擇需要的時間模式

4.按下並釋放設置按鈕 (3)直到時間里 (:) 開始閃爍。

5.旋轉時間旋鈕 (8)選擇需要的點膠時間

6.壓下腳踏開關,啓動點膠周期

6.3教導模式設定

在教導模式中,只要按下腳踏開關,即可累積時間。 如此將有助於 在點膠輸出未知時,決定所需的點膠時間。

1.按下模式按鈕(2)選擇培訓模式

2.按下並釋放設置按鈕 (3)直到點膠時間= 0.000S

3.壓住腳踏開關。 此期間的點膠時間將會累積。

4.當已輸出適當的點膠量時,放開腳踏開關。

5.按住設定按鈕 (3) 兩秒鐘以儲存資料。

6.按下模式按鈕 (2) 以切換為 “TIMED” (連續) 模式。

7.點膠機現在已設定為重複此時間循環。
