Ajouter de l’eau jusqu’à la ligne du niveau de remplissage de 40 tasses.

Replacer la tige et le plateau à café. Ajouter 30 ml (2 cuillères à soupe) de crème de tartre.

Replacer le couvercle. Brancher le percolateur et faire un cycle d’infusion.

Lorsqu’un cycle est terminé, laisser reposer 15 minutes. Vider le liquide du percolateur. Laisser refroidir puis nettoyer. Voir le chapitre

« Nettoyage » .

NETTOYER L’INTÉRIEUR DE LA CUVETTE : Remplir le percolateur jusqu’à la moitié avec de l’eau chaude. Ajouter une goutte de savon

àvaisselle et laver l’intérieur de le percolateur. Utiliser une éponge et nettoyer l’intérieur de la cuvette. Cette partie doit être entièrement propre pour maintenir le bon fonctionnement de le percolateur. Ne pas immerger le percolateur dans l’eau.
