HOW TO USE YOUR SUNBEAM® WAFFLE MAKER Preparing your waffle maker for use
1.Open Waffle Maker by lifting the upper handle.
2.Before using for the first time, clean cooking plates with soft cloth or sponge, dampened with hot, soapy water. Do not immerse Waffle Maker in water. Wipe with dampened cloth or sponge and wipe dry.
3.When using for the first time, “season” the grids by rub- bing lightly with cooking oil. Should sticking occur in later usage, reseason your Waffle Maker.
Preparing Waffles
1.Close Waffle Maker and plug into outlet. Use only voltage specified on bottom of Waffle Maker. The Power light (Red) and Ready light (Green) will come on.
Caution: Touch Waffle Maker only by handles during use or directly after use. Take care not to touch hot surfaces.
