Warning:
Remove the plug from the power source when emptying the filter d. This prevents an unintended starting of the motor.
When the extracted juices suddenly become thicker, or when you hear that the motor is running slower, the filter d must be emptied. When you have removed the fruit pulp/vegetable mash, reassemble the appliance.
Disassembly of the juice extractor
If you wish to disassemble the juice extractor, e.g. to clean it, proceed as follows:
1.Remove the power plug from the wall socket i.
2.Open the clasps r.
3.Remove the housing lid e with the stodger q.
4.Carefully lift up the juice container t. With this, the filter d releases itself from the drive shaft f.
You can now take the filter d out of the juice container t.
Cleaning and Care
Warning:
ALWAYS remove the power plug from the wall socket before removing or installing accessories and before cleaning the appliance. To avoid blockage of the juice outlet and/or damage to the appliance, all appliance and ancillary parts must be regularly, and after every use, cleaned free of fruit pulp and vegetable mash.
Warning:
To avoid receiving an electrical shock, NEVER submerse the motor/appliance base u in water or other fluids.
• Switch the appliance off at the On/Off switch o.
•Soiling or overflowing fruit juices should be cleared away immediately, as fruit stains are difficult to remove later.
•For cleaning the appliance housing and the power cable, use a cloth that is only lightly moistened.
•Clean the stodger q, the separate juice collector h, the housing lid e and the container for fruit pulp and vegetable mash s in warm soapy water and then carefully rinse them off.
The stodger q, the juice container t, the housing lid e, the separate juice collector h and the con- tainer for fruit pulp and vegetable mash s are sui- table for cleaning in a dishwasher and can be cle- aned there. To clean the filter d, use the supplied nylon brush g:
• Turn the lid of the stodger q until the arrow points
to the opened lock | on the stodger shaft. You |
can now remove it. |

The nylon brush g is inside the stodger q. To
the arrow points to the opened lock . Then turn it until the arrow points at the closed lock . The lid now sits firmly.
•Hold the filter d (with the underside upwards) under running water and clean it with the nylon brush g.
Note:
DO NOT use any aggressive cleaning agents to clean the juice extractor. The appliance and its ancillaries may not be cleaned in boiling water.
Colouring:
•Some fruits or vegetables could permanently dis- colour parts of the juice extractor. This is not da- maging and does not impair the appliance in its functions.
