Guisantes - Comida de bebé

Rinde 1 ½ tazas

1 paquete (10 onzas [300 cm3]) de guisantes bebé congelados ¾ taza de agua

1.Cocine los guisantes en agua entre 10 y 15 minutos, o hasta que estén muy tiernos, en una cacerola pequeña.

2.Coloque los guisantes y el líquido en la jarra.

3.Coloque la tapa a la jarra. Presione el botón “On/Off” y, a continuación, el botón “Frozen Drinks & Shakes”.

4.Retire de la jarra. Coloque en recipientes cubiertos.

5.Enfríe o congele de inmediato.

Rinde 12 panqueques

1 1/3 taza de suero de leche descremado

2huevos

2cucharadas de miel
