Cleaning and Maintenance

1.Switch off the appliance and disconnect the power supply before cleaning.

2.Empty the bowl and remove all attachment and immerse them in water for easier cleaning except the Base. The shredding and slicing disc are dishwasher safe component. Extreme caution must be taken when handling blade or disc, as they are very sharp.

3.Wipe the outside of base with cloth and never immerse it into water, as electric shock is possible to occur. Then dry thoroughly. Ensure the interlock area is free of food particles

4.Some food may discolor the plastic of bowl. This is normal and will not harm the plastic or affect the flavor of food. Rub with cloth dipped with vegetable oil to remove discoloration.
