IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using this electrical appliance, safety precautions

should always be observed, including the following:

Do not use outdoors or on a wet surface.

water or any other liquid.

Always unplug when not in use, before cleaning or moving.

Do not use an extension cord with this unit.

Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not

 

the cord.

■Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.

■DO NOT touch the surface and plates of the unit while the appli- ance is operating and just after its works .These can become very hot, use pot holder to avoid of risk of damage.

■CAUTION: The warming surface will remain warm after the unit is turned off.

■Caution: This appliance generates heat during use. Proper pre- caution must be taken to prevent the risk of burns, fires or other damage to property caused by touching the sides or top while in use or during cooling.

■Do not use knives or metal objects on the nonstick surface.

■Do not immerse the unit in water for cleaning or any other time.

■This unit has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way, as a safety feature. Reverse the plug if the plug does not fully fit in the out- let. Contact a qualified electrician if it still does not fit. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.

■This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including chil- dren) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
