Siempre encienda la presión antes de

 

servir cerveza.

6.Cerveza pasada.

Rote el stock. La cerveza más antigua

 

deber ser abierta primero; si la cerveza

 

ha estado en temperaturas altas más

 

allá de 45ºF por un período de tiempo

 

excesivo, podría empezar a

 

fermentarse otra vez.

 

Almacene la cerveza a 40ºF durante

 

todo el año.
