Selecting sound effects

You can select from the sound effects USER, CLASSIC, POP, JAZZ and ROCK. The basic setting is USER.

1You can select sound effects using »DSC«.

Display: »USER NN«, »CLASSIC X«, »POP C«, »JAZZ V« or »ROCK Y«.

Setting the equaliser

The USER sound setting allows you to make your own personal equaliser settings.

1When the device is on, press »DSC« until »USER NN « appears in the display.

2Press »DSC« again and hold down for two seconds.

Display: »BASS 0«.

3Press »DSC« to choose the setting (BASS or TREBLE).

Display: »BASS 0« or »TRE 0«.

Note:

If you do not press any button within five seconds, the hi-fi system will automatically quit this mode.

4Press »I +« on the hi-fi or »X+« on the remote control to adjust the level (max. »+6«, min. »-6«).

– The equaliser display disappears after five seconds.

Switching the Ultra Bass System on and off

1To switch on the Ultra Bass System, press »UBS« on the remote control.

Display: »UBS B«.

2To switch off the Ultra Bass System, press »UBS« on the remote control.

Display: »UBS B« disappears.

Switching the display

You can switch the display to show the time and the day of the week.

1To switch the display, keep pressing »DISPLAY« on the remote control until the time and the day of the week appear.
