Message	Possible cause and remedy

"Too much ground	There is too much ready ground coffee in the ground coffee
coffee"	chute.
	If more than one level scoop of ground coffee is added to the
	coffee chute, the brew unit cannot process the coffee. The
	ground coffee will be directed into the waste container and
	the fault message will appear in the display.
	Switch the machine off with the On/Off sensor.
	Remove and clean the brew unit (see "Cleaning and care –
	Brew unit").
	Remove the ground coffee inside the coffee machine, e.g.
	with a vacuum cleaner.
	Use the coffee scoop supplied to add ground coffee to the
	ground coffee chute. Add only one portion of ground
	coffee to the chute.
