Grilled trout (serves 4)

4 trout, each approx. 250 g

4 – 8 tbsp chopped parsley Salt, pepper, lemon juice Flakes of butter

Clean the trout, season inside and out and fill with herbs.

Place the trout on the lightly oiled rack, brush with softened butter and put the rack on a heat-resistant microwave safe container and place in the microwave oven.
