El uso incorrecto de la conexión a tierra supone un riesgo de descarga eléctrica. Si es necesario utilizar un cable de extensión, use solo cables de tres conductores con enchufe macho de tres clavijas y un enchufe hembra de tres ranuras que acepten el enchufe del aparato. Las car- acterísticas del cable de extensión deben corresponder a 115 ~120 V CA, 10 A, o más. Si se utiliza un adaptador de toma de tierra, compruebe que la caja del receptáculo está plenamente conectada a tierra.
