AUTOLIMPIEZA DEL HORNO INFERIOR

No utilice papel aluminio para recubrir la parte inferior del horno, excepto como se sugiere en este manual. La instalación inapropiada del papel aluminio podría resultar en un riesgo de cortocircuito o fuego.

Seguridad

■Permanezca alejado del horno cuando abra la puerta del horno. El aire caliente o el vapor que escapa puede causar quemaduras en

las manos, rostro y/u ojos.

■No caliente los recipientes de comida que no estén abiertos. La presión puede acumularse y el recipiente podría explotar, causando lesiones.

■Mantenga la ventilación del horno sin obstrucciones.

■Mantenga el horno libre de acumulaciones de grasa.

■Mantenga el centro de cocina limpio y libre de acumulaciones de grasa o derrames, los cuales pueden encenderse.

■Nunca deje la puerta del horno abierta cuando no esté observando el centro de cocina.

■Coloque la parrilla del horno en la posición deseada mientras el horno esté frío. Si se deben manipular las parrillas cuando el horno está caliente, no permita que la agarradera de

la olla entre en contacto con el elemento de calentamiento.

■Cuando utilice bolsas de cocción o asado en el horno, siga las instrucciones del fabricante.

■Extraer la parrilla al seguro de parada es conveniente para levantar alimentos pesados. También es una precaución contra quemaduras producidas al tocar superficies calientes de

la puerta o de las paredes del horno.

■No utilice el horno como un área de almacenamiento. Los artículos almacenados en un horno pueden encenderse.

■No deje productos de papel, utensilios de cocina o alimentos en el horno cuando no esté en uso.

■Después de asar a la parrilla, siempre saque del horno una cacerola para asar y límpiela. La grasa remanente en una cacerola para asar puede encenderse la siguiente vez que utilice el horno.

■No utilice el horno para secar periódicos. Si son sobrecalentados, pueden encenderse.

■Nunca deje frascos o latas con grasa derramada sobre o cerca de su horno.

■Únicamente limpie las partes enumeradas en este Manual del propietario.

■No limpie el empaque de la puerta.

El empaque de la puerta es esencial para un buen cierre. Debe tenerse cuidado de no desgastar, dañar o mover el empaque.

■No utilice limpiadores. Ningún limpiador comercial para hornos ni ninguna cubierta protectora para hornos debe utilizarse dentro o alrededor de las partes del horno. Los residuos de los limpiadores de hornos dañarán

el interior del horno cuando se utilice el ciclo de autolimpieza.

■Antes de la autolimpieza del horno, remueva la sonda, cualquier cacerola para asar, parrilla y otros utensilios de cocina.

■Antes de comenzar un ciclo de autolimpieza, asegúrese de limpiar con un trapo los derrames.

■Si el modo de autolimpieza no funciona bien, apague el horno y desconecte el suministro de corriente. Haga que un técnico calificado realice la reparación.

■Esté atento al ventilador: en algún momento durante el ciclo de limpieza debe escucharse el ruido de un ventilador. Si no sucede esto, llame para que el horno reciba mantenimiento antes de una nueva autolimpieza.
