or commercial oven

To safely clean surfaces: wash, rinse, and then dry with a soft cloth. Do not allow water to run down

inside the surface of the glass door while cleaning.

If acids should spill on the oven while it is hot, use

a dry paper towel or cloth to wipe them up right away. When the surface has cooled, wash and rinse. For

other spills, such as fat smatterings, etc., wash with soap and water when cooled and then rinse. Polish with dry cloth.

INSIDE OF DOOR: Clean ONLY the door liner

outside the gasket. The door is automatically cleaned if the oven is in the self-cleaning cycle. DO NOT allow water to run down inside the surface of the

glass door while cleaning. DO NOT rub or damage the gasket. Avoid getting soap and water on the gasket or in any openings on the door. Rinse well. NOTE:

Soap left on liner causes additional stains when oven is reheated.

OUTSJDE OF DOOR: Use soap and water to thoroughly clean the top, sides and front of the oven door.

prolong the time between self-cleaning cycles. Be sure to rinse thoroughly

to avoid additional stains.

Shelves can be cleaned with tbe self-cleaning function in the oven. For heavy soil, :lean by hand and rinse thoroughly.

Do not clean the bake unit or broil unit. Any soil will burn off when the unit is

_eated. NOTE: The bake unit can be lifted gently to clean the oven floor. If spillover,

-esidue, or ash accumulates around the bake unit, gently wipe around the unit with xarm water.
