Installation Instructions

STEP 3 CONNECT THE UNICOUPLE TO THE

FAUCET

,Run garbage disposer, if you have one, to

clean out the disposer

iollar

and thus allow water

to drain from the sink

through the disposer

and down the drain.

,Run hot water faucet to purge cold water from

the hot water line. The hot water must be between !20°F and !BO°Ffor best wash performance.

Roll the dishwasher to a position just in front of the sink. Pullthe unicouple and its hoses completelg out from storage compartment at rear of the dishwasher.

Attach the unicouple to the faucet adapter following the three steps below:

-Depress the locking collar at the top of the unicouple

-Place the unicouple completelg over the faucet adapter

-Releasethe locking collar. The unicouple should now be

locked onto the faucet adapter.

Turn on the hot water faucet and check for leaks. If leak is detected, disconnect the unicouple, and refer to Step 4.

Note: The unicouple's small hose carries water from the faucet to the dishwasheE The large hose carries water from the dishwasher to the sink. Orient the faucet with unicouple attached so water from the unicouple will run into the sink drain.

STEP 4 FAUCET ADAPTER LEAK

Skip this step if no unicouple leak was observed

If a unicouple leak was observed in Step 3, take whatever actions are necessarg to repair the leak. This mag be as simple as tightening the faucet adapter. Or, it mag require the services of a plumber if water is leaking from the interface between the moveable faucet arm and the fixed part of the faucet fastened to the sink.

STEP 5 PRETEST CHECK LIST

Review this list after connecting gour dishwasher to avoid charges for a service call that is not covered bUgour warrant U.

[] Open door and remove all foam and paper packaging.

[] Locate the Owner'sManual.

[] Read the Owner'sManual to familiarize yourself with the operation of the dishwasher.

[] Remove the protective film, if present, from the control panel.

[] Add 2 quarts of water to the bottom of the dishwasher to lubricate the pump seal.

STEP 6 DISHWASHER WET TEST

Plug power cord into outlet.

Close and latch dishwasher doon

Start dishwasher:

Timer Dial Models

-PressNormal pad

-Turn dialjust enough to start dishwasher. Dial should point to "Hot Start". Do not turn the dial too faE If gou turn it too far gou will "bU pass" the fill.

Electronic Models

-Press"Rinse Onlg"

-Pressthe start pad one time.

Check to be sure that water enters the dishwasher. This could

take up to 4 minutes on dial models. If water does not enter the dishwasher

-Check to be sure that the water is turned on

-Lightlg tap the flood float cover to dislodge a stuck flood float.

-On dial models, make sure gou did not turn the dial past the

first fill. If this happened, unlatch the door and rotate the dial to "Off". Re-latch door and turn the dial one click at a

time until the dishwasher starts.

-On electronic models, make sure the start pad was pressed one time onlU.

GLC4000 specifications

The GE GLC4000 is a sophisticated gas turbine designed to deliver high efficiency and reliability for power generation applications. Created by General Electric, this turbine stands out in the competitive energy landscape due to its advanced technologies and robust performance characteristics.

One of the primary features of the GLC4000 is its high thermal efficiency, which allows it to convert a significant proportion of the fuel's energy into electricity. This efficiency not only contributes to lower operational costs but also helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions, making it an environmentally friendly choice for power producers. The GLC4000 typically operates with an efficiency rating of around 61%, positioning it among the most efficient turbines available today.

Incorporating cutting-edge technologies, the GLC4000 utilizes advanced combustion systems that minimize NOx emissions, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental regulations. The dry low NOx (DLN) combustion technology is a critical aspect of the turbine, enabling clean operation without the need for water injection. This feature is particularly beneficial in regions where water scarcity is a concern.

The turbine is designed for flexibility, with a range of operational modes to accommodate different energy demands. It can rapidly respond to fluctuations in power demand, making it suitable for both baseload and peaking applications. This rapid load response is essential for integrating renewable energy sources into the grid, as it can adjust output quickly in response to variable generation.

Another significant characteristic of the GLC4000 is its advanced digital capabilities. The turbine is equipped with GE's Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technologies, which enable real-time data monitoring and analytics. These features enhance predictive maintenance, optimize performance, and maximize uptime, ensuring that power plants utilizing the GLC4000 can operate at peak efficiency.

Moreover, the modular design of the GLC4000 simplifies maintenance processes and allows for ease of upgrades as technology evolves. This adaptability ensures that plants can maintain performance over time without extensive downtime for retrofitting.

The GE GLC4000 gas turbine is a remarkable tool in the energy sector, combining high efficiency, low emissions, and advanced technologies. Its design and functionality make it a preferred choice for power producers looking to balance economic and environmental considerations effectively. As the demand for cleaner energy solutions continues to grow, the GLC4000 remains at the forefront of innovation in power generation.
