INSTALACIÓN DE LA TOMA DE AGUA DEL DISPENSADOR

Conexión de la toma de agua al refrigerador

Deberá adquirir varios elementos para realizar esta conexión. Podrá encontrar estos elementos a la venta en forma de kit, en su ferretería habitual.

Toma de agua de la vivienda

1.Deslice la tuerca de compresión (A) a través del tubo de plástico suministrado (A)

2.Apriete la tuerca de compresión (B) sobre el racor de compresión de 1/4”.

-Si está usando tubo de cobre, deslice la tuerca de compresión (B) (no incluida) y la férula (no incluida) por el tubo de cobre (no incluido) como se indica.

-Si está usando conductos de plástico (B), introduzca el extremo moldeado (bulbo) del tubo (B) dentro del racor de compresión.

PRECAUCIÓN No usar sin el extremo moldeado (bulbo) de la tubería de plástico (B).

3.Apriete la tuerca de compresión (B) sobre el racor de compresión. No force la tuerca de compresión (B).

4.Abra el suministro de agua y realice un chequeo en busca de fugas.

Conecte la toma de agua sólo a una fuente de agua potable.

Si debe reparar o desmontar la toma de agua, corte 6,35 mm (1/4“) del tubo de plástico para garantizar una conexión ajustada y sin fugas.

Instalación del filtro de agua.

1.Retire la tapa del filtro de agua ( 1 )

2.Retire la tapa fija girándola en sentido manecillas del

reloj. Guarde la tapa en un lugar seguro para usarla en caso de no usar filtro.

3. Retire el filtro de agua de la caja y coloque una

 

etiqueta adhesiva indicadora de reemplazo sobre el

 

filtro como se indica. Coloque una etiqueta adhesiva

sobre el filtro de recordatorio, para seis meses después. Por ejemplo, si instala el filtro de agua en marzo, coloque la etiqueta “SEP” sobre el filtro para recordarle que debe reemplazar en septiembre. De esta forma, sabrá cuándo debe reemplazar el filtro. Normalmente, un filtro dispone de una vida útil de unos 6 meses.
