The dis pla y case is cons tru cted of 18 gauge, non-magn etic stainl ess ste el. A curved , temp ered gla ss front encl oses the
display case and can be lifted to a 90 degree			ang le for easy cle aning . Remova ble, slidi ng glass doo rs on the ope rator
side are includ ed. Slidin g door trac ks have a “clean					swee p” cutout all owing for eas y clea ning and cru mb remova l.
Framed end clea r glass with rubber gasket material					prote cts gla ss edge s from chippi ng and brea kag e.			The base is
divided into three (3) ind ivi dually managed			heat zones with each zone cont rolle d by a separa te ther mosta t with a range
of 1 through 10 and heat-on ind icat or lig ht.			Overhe ad lights are controll ed by ON/ OFF swi tche s in three (3) light
zones. Two (2) 125V plug out lets are available as an option on 120 /208-24 0V unit s only. Count er-top								displa y case s
