When contacting Amana, provide model, manufacturing, and serial numbers and date of purchase. Locate model, manufacturing, and serial numbers on the nameplate. Warranty service must be performed by an authorized servicer. Amana also recommends contacting an authorized servicer if service is required after warranty expires.
