The appliance has two control units (see Fig. 2 - page 7).

Upper Control Unit - Figure 4

The upper unit controls the upper and middle compartment.

The lower unit controls the lower compartment.

Turning the Appliance

ON and OFF - Figure 6, 7

Clean the appliance before turning it on for the first time. See Cleaning. Connect the appliance to the dedicated outlet.

The two control units can be switched on and off separately.

To turn the control unit on: Press the ON / OFF button until the display lights up.

To turn the control unit off: Keep the ON / OFF button pressed for three seconds so that the temperature display goes out.

Drinking Temperatures of Wine

The following drinking temperatures are recommended for the various types of wine.

Red wines 57°F to 64°F (14°C to 18°C) Rosé wines 50°F to 54°F (10°C to 12°C) White wines 46°F to 54°F (8°C to 12°C)

Sparkling wines 44°F to 48°F (7°C to 9°C) Champagne 41°F to 44°F (5°C to 7°C)
