Seleccione una llama que sea lo suficientemente fuerte para mantener la velocidad de cocción que desee y para que se adapte al diámetro de la base de la cacerola. No deje que la llama se extienda demasiado y salga fuera de la base del recipiente.

La llama de gas natural debe ser azul con el fondo azul más intenso. La llama de color amarillo apenas debe aparecer. Una llama de color amarillo indica la existencia de una mezcla inadecuada de aire y gas o impurezas en el suministro de aire de la encimera de cocción. Si esta llama aparece sistemáticamente, llame a un centro de asistencia técnica autorizado de Wolf para que ajuste la mezcla. En el caso de gas LP, pueden aparecer algunos puntos amarillos en la llama y no es necesario que se realice el ajuste. Observe la siguiente ilustración.
