OPERATION

MULTI-STAGE

COOKING

A maximum of 2 stages can be set for cooking. In multi-stage cooking, if one stage is defrosting, then defrosting shall be placed as the first stage automatically.

NOTE: Auto cooking cannot work while in multi-stage cooking.

To set a two stage multi-cooking function:

For example, if you want to cook with 80% power for five minutes and 60% power for 10 minutes;

a)Press “TIME COOK” once, then press “5”, “0”, “0”, to set the cooking time of 5 minutes.

b)Press “POWER” once, then press “8” to select 80% microwave power.

c)Press “TIME COOK” once more, then press “1”, “0”, “0”, “0” to set the cooking time of 10 minutes.

d)Press “POWER” once more, then press “6” to select 60% microwave power.

e)Press “START/+30SEC.” to start the above 2 stage cooking.

INQUIRING

If you wish to inquire as to what microwave power level your food is currently cooking at;

1)During operation, press “CLOCK”; the LED will display the clock for three seconds.

2)Press “POWER” to inquire what the microwave power level is; the current microwave power will display. After three seconds, the display will revert back to show operating time remaining.

NOTE: In multi-stage state, you can determine what power level is operating by following the above steps.

SETTING THE

SAFETY LOCK

TO LOCK: While the microwave is nonoperational, press and hold “STOP/CLEAR” for three seconds; the microwave will sound a long beep, denoting the entering into the child-safety lock state; the LED will display “.

TO UNLOCK: From the locked state, press and hold “STOP/CLEAR” for three seconds; the microwave will sound a long beep, denoting that the microwave is now unlocked.
