SETTING THE

TEMPERATURE Important: In the event of a power failure, wait 3 to 5 minutes before restarting.

To switch the display between the Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C) scale, depress the ‘UP’ and ‘DOWN’ control buttons simultaneously for approximately five (5) seconds.

The temperature range can be set as low as 43°F (6°C) or as high as 57°F (14°C) to suit your specific wine storage requirements. Each depression of the ‘UP’ or ‘DOWN’ buttons will allow you to adjust the temperature in 1° increments within the aforementioned range.

You may view your ‘set’ temperature at any time by briefly depressing either the ‘UP’ or ‘DOWN’ button.

 

WINE STORAGE

Do not cover any part of the shelves with aluminum foil or any other material that

 

will prevent adequate air circulation within the cabinet.

To Remove a Shelf:

To remove a shelf from its locked position, tilt the shelf as shown in Fig. 6 and pull outward.

To Reinstall a Shelf:

To reinstall, ensure the shelf is resting securely on the support brackets and push the shelf inward until it locks in place.
