Convection cooking

Convection cooking circulates hot air through the oven cavity with a fan. The constantly moving air surrounds the food to heat the outer portion quickly. This seals in moisture and juices for more flavorful foods. This oven uses convection cooking whenever BAKE TIME, BROIL TIME, ROAST TIME or AUTO TEMP are

programmed. DO NOT USE THE OVEN WITHOUT THE REMOVABLE TRAY IN PLACE. The bottom metal tray is designed with feet so that air can circulate under the tray for even cooking.

Sometimes Combination Convection Microwave cooking is suggested to achieve the proper cooking results. In this cooking process the convection heat and microwave energy alternate automatically.

l Use oven mitts to remove hot cooking utensils and hot oven racks, The interior surfaces of the oven will be hot.

l Use care to prevent burns whenever oven is in operation. The oven vent openings and surfaces near these openings, the oven door glass, door trim, etc. and interior oven surfaces can become hot enough to burn. Do not touch, or allow clothing or other flammable materials to contact these surfaces during, or after use, until they have had time to cool.

l Do not cover bottom of oven or oven racks with aluminum foil. This would prevent proper air flow and result in poor cooking performance.

Using BAKE TIME
