USING YOUR MICROWAVE OVEN

Casserole

1 to 3 cups

Combine the ingredients per the recipe in a 1- to 2-quart

 

(250 to 750 mL)

(1- to 2-L) casserole. Cover with plastic wrap and vent.

 

 

After cooking is complete, allow 5 minutes standing time.

 

 

 

Ground Meat

14 to 2 lbs

Crumble meat into a microwavable container. Season and

cover with plastic wrap. Vent cover for well-done meat.

Fish, Seafood

14 to 2 lbs

Place the food around the sides of a microwave-safe

 

(113 to 907 g)

container. Season and add 14 to 12 cup (63 to 125 mL) liquid

 

 

(wine, water, salsa, etc.) if desired. Cover with plastic wrap,

 

 

vented.

 

 

 

Scrambled Eggs

1 to 4 eggs

Break eggs into a 4-cup (1 L) measuring cup or 1-quart

 

 

(1 L) casserole. Add 1 tablespoon (15 mL) milk or water

 

 

per egg and beat. Cover with plastic wrap, vented. When

 

 

cooking is complete, remove from oven, stir, and allow 1 to

 

 

2 minutes standing time.

 

 

 

Frozen Pizza

1 to 2 servings

Follow package directions.

 

 

 

USING SENSOR REHEAT

1.Put the food in the oven and close the door.

2.Press SENSOR REHEAT.

3.Turn dial to desired food.

4.Press START.

SENSOR REHEAT will start automatically after a short delay.

NOTE: When covering foods, be sure to leave an opening big enough for moisture to escape so that the sensor can determine cooking or reheating time.
